Are teabags glued?

Applying the latest technology, our teabags contain no metal elements or glue, allowing you to taste the full spectrum of the tea leaves’ flavor. The technology used in a production process will enable us to content a full flavor and aroma pallet of all tea bag ingredients.
What about the quality of your teas?

Our gourmet teas uphold the highest EU quality standards. Teas are created together with experienced pharmacists and produced by following GMP standards.
How many flavors are in the tea assortments?

We have hexagon-shaped tea assortments that contain 6 different flavors and a couple of rectangular ones- one contains 6 flavors, the other- 4. You can find all the flavor lists in the descriptions.
How many teabags are in tea assortments?

In hexagon-shaped-60 (10 for each flavor). The quantity that is in the rectangular assortments is written in the product descriptions because it‘s different in each of them.
Can I reuse the box of the assortment?

Yea, and we encourage you to do that. Our tea assortment boxes are made of quality cartons that can be reused. Our ritual tea assortment has a beautiful mandala so you can customize the tea box as you like and decorate your home with it. Also, the convenient shape of boxes is good to keep spices, tea, and small things that can‘t seem to find a place in your home.
Can your assortments be gifted?

Yes, our tea assortments are created for every occasion or celebration. Beautiful packaging doesn‘t need any additional gift wrapping – every single assortment can be perfect as a gift or little surprise.
Where can I find a list of ingredients?

Each tea’s product page contains a list of ingredients and it can be found at the bottom of the product.
How do I make the perfect cup of tea?

Preparation of fruit/black/green/herbal teas: Place 1 teabag in a cup, pour 150 ml of boiling water, and cover. Allow 3-5 minutes for the best qualities of the tea to be revealed, then strain. Preparation of functional teas: Place 1 teabag in a cup, pour 200 ml of boiling water, and cover. Allow 10-15 minutes for the best qualities of the tea to be revealed, then strain. Pay attention to how many times you should consume functional tea, it‘s written on their packages.
Do your teas contain any sugar?

No, our teas don‘t contain sugar or artificial sweeteners.
How should I store tea to keep it fresh?

To keep your teas fresh, always store them in a dry and well-ventilated room.
